摘要
目的:评价甘草酸二铵脂质复合物泡腾颗粒剂对急性肝脏损害的保护作用。方法:小鼠腹腔注射四氯化碳复制急性肝脏损害模型,测定血清ALT、AST,并对肝脏进行病理学观察。结果:与甘草酸二铵胶囊相比,甘草酸二铵脂质复合物泡腾颗粒能较好的降低急性肝损小鼠的ALT水平(P<0.01);小鼠肝组织评分结果显示:脂质复合物泡腾颗粒能显著降低四氯化碳染毒肝脏组织的病理评分(P<0.01),而阳性药物组和模型组没有差异。结论:与甘草酸二铵胶囊相比,甘草酸二铵脂质复合物泡腾颗粒对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤具有更好的保护作用。
Objective:To observe the protective effects of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Phosphatidylcholine Complex Effervescent Granules on acute liver damage. Methods:The mice were given intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride to induce the acute liver injury model. The serum ALT and AST were determined and the liver pathological change was observed. Results:Compared with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules, Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Phosphatidylcholine Complex Effervescent Granules can reduce the ALT levels of acute liver injury mice (P 〈 0.01 ). The liver tissue of mice results showed Phosphatidylcholine Complex Effervescent Granules can significantly reduce the exposure to carbon tetrachloride of liver tissue ( P 〈 0.01 ), while the positive drug group and model group had no difference. Conclusion : Compared with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules, Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Phosphatidylcholine Complex Effervescent Granules has better effect on acute chemical liver injury.
