中医药治疗乙肝研究的英文文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Research of Traditional Chinese Medicines for Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:寻找中医药治疗乙肝研究的外文文献重点和趋势,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法:利用中PubMed数据库,通过主题词与自由词结合方式,检索2002—2012年国内中医药治疗乙肝的文献,进行文献计量学分析。结果:10年间中医药治疗乙肝研究的外文文献呈缓慢趋势。结论:中药治疗乙肝、乙肝的中医辨证、针灸治疗乙肝方面的研究是研究热点,需规范研究过程、提高研究质量。

Objective ： To comprehend the current study status of traditional Chinese medicines for hepatitis B in foreign language and provide the reference for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B. Method：We searched papers on TCM for hepatitis B covered in the PubMed, searches were limited to trials reported between Jan. ,2002 and Dec. 2012. The search used by subject headings and free words and bibliometrically analyzed. Results ：The number of domestic papers on TCM for hepatitis B grows slowly . Conclusion：The hot topics are studies on CM for hepatitis B , syndrome differentiation and treatment, as well as acupuncture for hepatitis B, research process should be regulated to improve the quality.
