小青龙汤对体外培养RBL-2H3细胞增殖及凋亡的影响

观察小青龙汤对体外培养RBL-2H3细胞增殖及凋亡的影响,探讨小青龙汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的机理。方法:取RBL-2H3细胞,含10%FBS的MEM培养液培养,传代后接细胞培养板,MTT法检测各浓度组细胞的增殖情况,倒置显微镜拍照记录细胞生长情况;Hoechst33258荧光染色法观察各组细胞凋亡情况,荧光倒置显微镜观察并拍照记录。结果:小青龙汤可抑制体外培养RBL-2H3细胞的增殖,呈一定的浓度依赖性,并可促进体外培养RBL-2H3细胞的凋亡。结论:小青龙汤对过敏性鼻炎的治疗作用与其抑制肥大细胞增殖及促进其凋亡有关。

Objective：To observe the effect of Xiaoqingloong Decoction on proliferation and apoptosis of RBL -2H3. Methods：For this experiment, RBL -2H3 was cultured in vitro. The equal number of RBL -2H3 was put into cell culture plate. The proliferation level of RBL - 2H3 cultured in vitro was measured by MTT. And the apoptosis level was detected by Hoechst33258. Results ：Xiaoqinglong Decoction can inhibit the proliferation of RBL -2H3 cultured in vitro, and raise the apoptosis level. Conelusion：Xiaoqinglong Decoction can treat allergic rhinitis. Its possible mechanism is to inhibit proliferate and raise apoptosis level.
