重楼提取物对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的影响

Influence of Extract from Rhizome Paridis on MCF-7 Cell Proliferation of Breast Cancer

目的:检测重楼提取物对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖情况的影响。方法:使用醇回流提取方法和半仿生方法提取重楼的提取物,然后将提取物作用于乳腺癌细胞MCF-7细胞,使用MTT方法检测乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖情况。结果:本研究中高浓度的重楼提取物对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖具有明显的抑制作用,浓度最大的重楼提取物对MCF-7细胞的增殖情况影响最为明显,而且,作用时间为48 h时对MCF-7增殖的抑制效果更为明显。两种提取方法相比较,半仿生方法提取的重楼提取物对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖抑制作用要优于醇回流提取方法提取的重楼提取物。结论:重楼提取物对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖具有一定的抑制作用,而且半仿生方法提取的重楼提取物对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖抑制效果更为明显。

Objective ： To detect the influence of the extract from Rhizome paridis on MCF - 7 cell proliferation of breast cancer. Method：The alcohol reflux extraction method and the re -building of semi -bionic extraction method were used for the extracts fromRhizome paridis, and then the effect on breast cancer MCF -7 cells was analyzed by using the MTT assay to detect the MCF -7cell proliferation. Results：In this study, high concentrations of Rhizome paridis extract significantly inhibited the proliferation of breast cancer cell line MCF - 7, and the largest concentration of Rhizome paridis extract had the most obvious effects on the proliferation of MCF - 7 cells, and 48 hours was the optimal time for the more obvious effect on proliferation of MCF -7 ceils. These two extraction methods was superior to thealcohol reflux extraction method. Conclusion ： Rhizome paridis extract on proliferation of human breast cancer MCF - 7 cells has a certain degree of inhibition, and the semi - bionic extraction of Rhizome paridis extracts on human breast cancer MCF - 7 cell proliferation inhibition effect is more obvious.
