摘要
目的探讨子宫畸胎瘤的临床与病理特征。方法回顾性分析我院近年收治的2例子宫畸胎瘤临床病理资料及随访情况,复习相关文献进行讨论。结果两名患者均为女性,年龄33岁和55岁,均行外科手术切除瘤体。病理HE切片显示肿瘤由多种成分构成,包括各种上皮、脂肪和软骨等多种组织成分。随访3和25个月,均预后良好。结论子宫畸胎瘤的发生极为少见,影像学检查及充分取材可提高诊断,良性畸胎瘤病例手术切除即可,未成熟畸胎瘤应辅以适当化疗方案。
Objective To explore the clinicopathologic characteristics of the teratoma of the uterus. Methods Two cases with teratoma of the uterus were retrospectively analyzed involved clinicopathologic characteristics and follow-up situation in our hospital in recent years,and the related literatures were reviewed and discussed. Results The patients were both females,at ages of 33 and 55.Both of tumors were surgically treated and examined by HE,tumors consisted of variety of mature tissue, including epithelial,adipose,cartilage etc. The followed up for 3-25 months after the surgical excision. Conclusion Teratoma of the uterus are rare.Imaging and full drawn can improve the diagnosis, the treatment is surgical excision,for the immature teratoma of uterus should involve appropriate chemotherapy.
