大鼠纹状体边缘区一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及其mRNA的分布

摘要 目的 研究纹状体边缘区内一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)分布特征。方法 用nNOS原位杂交和NADPH d组织化学方法观察大鼠纹状体内nNOSmRNA及NOS蛋白的分布。结果 纹状体内可见较多nNOS原位杂交阳性细胞 ,阳性细胞集中位于尾壳核和苍白球之间的边缘区部位 ,为中等大小的梭形细胞 ,细胞的长轴呈背腹方向走行 ,形成带状分布。纹状体其他部位只有少量nNOS阳性胞体 ,呈散在分布。组织化学的结果和原位杂交相似。结论 纹状体边缘区内有nNOS阳性细胞的分布 ,可能参与边缘区学习记忆功能的调节。 Objective To investigate the distribution of nNOS in the marginal division of the rat striatum. Method Using nNOS in situ hybridization and NADPH d histochemistry the distribution of the nNOS and its mRNA in the marginal division of rat striatum was observed. Results Numerous nNOS positive neurons were found in the striatum. Most of the positive cells were concentrated in the marginal division between the caudoputamen and globus pallidus. The longitudinal axes of the fusiform cells were found dorsoventrally. Few nNOS positive neurons were also distributed in the other part of the striatum. Conclusion It conjectures that the nNOS in the marginal division of the rat striatum may play an important roles in learning and memory functions of the marginal division.
