摘要 为适应新医改背景下医院管理的需求,医院研发了一套以医院战略为导向的绩效管理系统。系统以工作量为基础,以平衡计分卡为评价手段,以信息化为支撑,在确保数据真实、准确的前提下,实现了临床一线工作数量及工作质量考核到个人,医技、机关、后勤考核到班组。介绍了系统的设计思路、体系结构、功能特点,并以医疗为主线进行了阐述。详细说明了基于RBRVS系统的医疗工作量统计、基于平衡计分卡的综合评价系统设计及信息实现方式。 In order to adapt to the new health care reform under the background of the demand of the hospital management, our hospital has developed a set of hospital strategy oriented performance management system. The system is based in the workload, the Balanced Score Card as evaluation tools to support information into, able to ensure that the data is true, accurate. The system can work the number of front-line clinical assessment of the quality of the individual, the medical technology, organ, logistics assessment to the team. This paper describes the system design, architecture, features. This paper is focused on health care and then carried out systematically explained. This paper describes a system to RBRVS-based medical workload statistics, but also introduces the design and information as the core of a comprehensive evaluation of the Balanced Scorecard system implementations.
