层次化呼吸系统慢性病辅助诊疗与监管系统应用研究

Research on the Diagnosis and Supervision Information System for Hierarchical Chronic Respiratory Diseases

鉴于医疗资源在三甲医院与社区医院的分布不均衡性,很多患者的呼吸系统慢性病不能得到有效的治疗与监管。采用信息化手段来加强治疗和监管有着迫切需要。以南京医科大学与南京理工大学医院展开的研究项目为背景,在近三年的实践和全面分析需求的基础上,完成了层次化呼吸系统慢性病辅助诊疗与监管系统的设计与实现。所实现的层次化呼吸系统慢性病辅助诊疗与监管系统采用使用符合实际应用情形的层次化概念来构架系统,并应用先进的信息技术完成开发。系统界面友好、操作方便、稳定可靠。该系统对于实现三甲医院引领基层/社区呼吸系统慢性病诊治与管理,建立基层/社区全科医生呼吸系统慢性病诊疗培训与评估有着积极意义,有着一定的推广使用价值。

There exists serious medical resources imbalance between the triple hospitals and the comnmnity hospitals, and many patients with chronic respiratory diseases can not get effective treatment and supervision. It is highly desired to develop computedaided information system for facilitating the diagnosis, treatment and supervision of chronic respiratory diseases. We designed and implemented hierarchical information system for chronic respiratory diseases diagnosis, treatment and supervision by integrating both the thorough requirement analysis and our 3-year practical experiences on the collaborative project, which is undertaken by The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University and Nanjing University of Science and Technology Hospital. The system architecture of the proposed system is hierarchically designed and the advanced information techniques are used to implement the system. The implemented system achieves high stability, friendly interface and easy operation, it also has potential positive significance to the education and assessment of chronic respiratory diseases.
