摘要 医院客户关系管理系统可以在医院机构及相关医疗工作人员和客户之间建立良好的沟通联络,并能根据收集、掌握的信息对客户关系进行评价,这些评价的结果可以作为医院决策者、管理部门制定各种对策与措施的依据,帮助改善与客户之间的关系,医院客户关系管理系统是现代化医院不可或缺的一个组成部分,但总体来看,医院客户关系管理在我国属于起步阶段。对医院客户关系管理系统的概念、结构、功能等方面进行了详细规划与探讨,希望可以给医院客户关系管理工作带来现实价值,对提高医院的市场竞争力与经济效益提供一些有益的参考。 Hospital customer relationship management system can establish good communication and contact network among hospital institutions, related medical staffs and customers; and evaluate customer relationship according to the information collected and mastered. These evaluation results can be used as the basis for decision makers and management departments of hospital to make all kinds of countermeasures and measures, in order to help to improve the relationship with the customers. Hospital customer relationship management system is an indispensable part of modern hospital. However, overall the hospital customer relationship management just started in our country. The concept, structure, function and other aspects of customer relationship management system of hospital are planned and discussed about in details. We hope it can bring real value to the hospital customer relationship management system and provide some useful references to improve the market competitiveness and economic benefits of the hospital.
