带腰绳等截面臂架应力计算方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于二阶效应分析方法对带腰绳大吨位起重机臂架进行受力分析,根据挠曲线微分方程推导出臂架应力计算公式。根据臂架变形前的几何关系由二阶效应法对臂架挠度进行计算;鉴于臂架的几何非线性特征,在考虑臂架变形后重新计算臂架变形协调关系,进而得到臂架应力并实现程序化。拉板及腰绳的刚度相对臂架较小,将两者变形对计算结果的影响进行了分析。实例表明考虑臂架非线性变形的二阶分析方法更加准确,腰绳及拉板的变形对计算结果影响不大,为简化计算,在误差允许范围内可不予考虑。 In this paper,the force of the boom with auxiliary bracing was analyzed by using the second-order effects analysis method,and according to the deflection differential equation derived the moment and deflection formula of it.According to the former geometric relationship the paper calculated the deflection of the boom using the second-order effects analysis method.And also calculated the deformation of them on the calculated results.The results show that the second analysis consider jib nonlinear deformation method is more accurate and the deformation of the auxiliary bracing and the pull plate has little effect on the calculation results.
