摘要
目的:探讨急性白血病患者骨髓原始细胞加幼稚细胞数与同时期的凝血指示 PT/INR、 APTT、 D-二聚体含量等的相关性及其临床意义.方法:骨髓涂片在显微镜下常规计数500个有核细胞,用凝血一期法测定PT/INR,APTT,用乳胶凝集法测定D-二聚体含量.结果ANLL组与ALL组的骨髓原始细胞+细稚细胞数与同时期的凝血指标PT/INR、D-二聚体含量是显著正相关,但PT/INR大都处于正常范围,异常率低,而D-二聚体异常率较高,与骨髓原始+幼稚细胞数异常率有较好的一致性.结论:可认为D-二聚体含量的变化可作为判断病情变化的参考指标之一。
To analyze the correlation and clinical significance of the bone marrow primary and puerile cell count with the PT/INR, APTT, D-Dimer levels at same time. Methods: The nuclear cells were counted in bone marrow smear and PTANR, APTT and D-dimer were detected in 72 cases of acute leukemia patients. Results: The bone marrow primary and puerile cells counts were positive correlated with PTINR and D-dimer levels in ANLL and ALL groups. PT/INR level was in normal range and abnormal rate was low. D-dimer level was high abnormal rate and coordinate with the bone marrow primary and puerile cell count. Conclusion : The varied D-dimer level could be one of the indexes to judge the disease state.
