SEPTWOLVES, once the leading brand in menswear, is now going downward with its first decrease in sales and profits in ten years and closure of 505 shops. The reasons may be traced to the after-effect of premature advancement and the problems of transition of internet era, such as careless expansion of branches, inefficient stock management, and the lack of strategy in O2O transition. SEPTWOLVES regards online sales as supplements to retail instead of strategic focus. Therefore, its O2O model fails to initiate new profit to the company.
