Quality Demand and Cost Control of Colored Spun Yarn Dyed Cotton

探讨色纺纱染色棉质量要求与成本控制。对比分析了采用色纺散棉染色及梳棉或精梳棉网染色两种方式对原棉各项性能指标的选用要求。列举了6种配棉方案下纤维指标、纺纱质量、用棉量和生产效果。指出了原棉染色后纤维各项性能指标和成本发生的变化。认为:应根据色纺纱质量要求,确定原料染色方式,并合理选择染色原棉;在纺混纺色纱时,适当配用有色或本色化纤,可降低纺纱原料成本,保证色纺纱的纱线质量。

Quality demand and cost control of colored spun yarn dyed cotton were discussed. Selection demands of two kinds of dyeing style to raw cotton each indexes were contrasted and analyzed,i, e. yarn loose raw cotton dyeing and carding or combed web dyeing. Fiber index, yarn quality, cotton consumption and production effect of six kinds of cotton assorting cases were introduced. Changes of fiber properties after dyeing and cost were pointed out. It is considered that raw material dyeing style should be selected according to colored spun yarn quality demands. Spinning raw material cost can be reduced and colored spun yarn quality can be ensured when adding colored or natural color chemical fiber in spinning blended colored yarn.
