摘要 探讨多组分混纺纱线的优势和相关生产技术。以浙江企业为例,分析阐述了多组分混纺纱线的优势和发展现状,总结了产品开发的关键技术和实施措施。认为,多组分纺纱具有原料性能互补,完善纱线性能,拓展纱线品种和使用范围,避免产品同质化竞争,增加企业盈利空间的明显优势。首先要合理选配原料,做好特殊原料的预处理;改进原料混和技术,达到各组分混和均匀、混比正确。各工序要优化纺纱工艺,采取必要的技术措施,加强温湿度管理,确保半成品和成纱质量达到较好水平。企业要加强产品开发队伍建设,及时开发市场需求的新产品。 Multi-component blended yarn advantages and related production technology were discussed. Taking Zhejiang enterprises as examples, advantages and development status of multi-component blended yarn were introduced and analyzed, key technology and measures of product development were summarized. It is considered that through adop- ting multi-component blended yarn, advantages of raw material can be used fully, yarn quality can be improved, yarn specification and use range can be increased, homogenization competition can be avoided, advantage of enterprise profit can be added. Raw material should be selected rationally,special raw material should be pretreated well. Raw material blending technology should be modified to ensure blending even and correct blendiag ratio. Spinning processing parame- ters in each process are optimized, necessary technology measures are adopted. Temperature and humidity management are strengthened to ensure semi-product and yarn quality reaching better level. Product development team building should be strengthened for enterprise, new product of market need should be developed timely.
