不同并条道数纺JC 14.5 tex纱的生产比较

Production Experience of Spinning JC 14.5 tex Yarn with Different Drawing Number

探讨不同并条道数纺JC 14.5 tex纱的生产比较。以精梳条及由其加工成的相同定量的一道并条和两道并条,分别纺制成JC 14.5 tex细纱,并试验对比分析。结果表明:由精梳条直纺成纱条干CV值、CVb指标最差,毛羽值最低,单纱强力最高;精梳条一道并条纺成纱条干CV值最好;两道并条成纱CVb最低,毛羽值最高;综合比较,精梳条一道并条纺纱质量效果较好。指出:采用并条自条匀整后,精梳条一道并条纺纱工艺已应用成熟,采用精梳条直纺仍需进一步研究。

Production experience of spinning JC 14.5 tex yarn with different drawing number was discussed, JC 14.5 tex yarn was spun by combed sliver and same weight per unit first drawing sliver and second drawing sliver. The experiment was compared and analyzed. The result shows that the yarn spun by combed sliver has the worst CV value and CVb value, the lowest hairiness value and the highest single yarn strength. Combed yarn with the first drawing sliver has the best CV value. Combed yarn with the second drawing sliver has the lowest CVb value and the highest hairiness value. Comprehensively comparison, quality of combed yarn with the first drawing sliver is the best. It is pointed out that after adopting auto leveler in draw process, spinning processing of combed sliver one time draw is mature, combed sliver spin- ning is still need be researched.
