摘要
探讨麻赛尔多组分混纺纱及其交织物的生产要点。介绍了经纬纱的原料性能,经纬纱选用不同的股线。以麻赛尔/导湿涤纶/棉50/30/20 24.5 tex混纺纱为例,介绍了纺纱工艺流程及纺制中采取的技术措施。整经速度为450 m/min;采用S432型浆纱机,两种经纱分别在前后浆槽浆纱,根据经纱性能特点优选了浆料配方,合理调整织造工艺参数,最终成功开发了麻赛尔多组分混纺交织弹力织物。认为:开发的织物实现了多组分纤维的性能互补,适合做秋冬高档面料。
Production of Jutecell multi-component blended yarn and its fabric was discussed. The material proper- ties of the warp and weft were described, different ply yarns of warp and weft were selected. Take Jutecell/wicking poly- ester/cotton 50/30/20 24.5 tex blended yarn as example, the spinning process and technology measures in spinning were introduced. Warping speed was 450 m/min, S432 sizing machine was adopted, two warps are sizied respectively in different size box, sizing instrument was optimized according to warp performance property, weaving processing parame- ters were reasonably adjusted. Finally, Jutecell multi-component blended stretch fabric was developed successfully. It is considered that the advantages of multi-component fibers are used completely, and it is suitable for autumn and winter high-grade fabrics.
