摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备聚丙烯(PP)/玻璃纤维(GF)复合材料,加入马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH),并分别与环氧树脂(EP)及环氧树脂/咪唑固化剂(2E4MZ)复配,研究PP-g-MAH与EP及EP/2E4MZ复配对复合材料力学性能及黏结性能的影响。结果表明:少量EP的加入提高了PP-g-MAH的增容效果,复合材料的力学性能大幅提高,EP/2E4MZ体系更进一步提高了材料的力学性能。通过SEM照片确定断面纤维的平均拔出长度较短,表明材料力学性能得到改善。
The glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites were prepared with a twin-screw extruder. Anhydride-grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) and the combination materials of PP-g-MAH with epoxy resin(EP) and epoxy resin/imidazole(2E4MZ) were added in the blends, respectively. The results show that the properties of the composites obviously improve by adding small amount of epoxy resin, as the result of enhancing compatibilizing effect of PP-g-MAH, and a further increase of the properties obtaines by adding epoxy resin/imidazole. Average pull-out length of glass fiber on the fracture surface was measured and calculated with images of SEM, and then it is confirmed that the mechanical properties of composites improve obviously.
