摘要
聚合物共混体系的流变行为一直是高分子物理研究的热点。首先利用熔融共混法制备了聚氧乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEO/PET)二元共混体系,而后对其熔体流变行为进行了系统的研究。结果表明:共混体系熔体非牛顿指数(n)随温度的升高而升高,n随着PEO含量的增加而下降;熔体黏流活化能(ΔEη)随剪切速率的增大而降低,但ΔEη的变化趋势有所降低;另外,ΔEη的大小还随着PEO含量的增加而减小,即其共混体系温敏性随着抗静电剂含量的增大而下降;在PEO含量小于8%时,物性常数A值几乎相同,当含量大于8%时,A值迅速增大。
The rheological behavior of polymer blends is a hot research of polymer physics. The PEO/PET composite was prepared by melt blending, and the melt rheological properties were systematically investigated. The results show that: the non-Newtonian melt index(n) of PEO/PET blends goes up with the increase of temperature, and the n value decreases as the increase of PEO content; the viscous flow activation energy(ΔEη) of PEO/PET blends decreases with the increase of shear rate, but the trend of ΔEη decrease is gradually gentle. With the increase of PEO content, the value of ΔEη decreases and the thermosensitivity gradually transforms to shear sensitivity. Finally, when the PEO content is less than 8%, it has little change in the constant of physical properties(A), while the value of A increases rapidly as the content is more than 8%.
