基于Moldflow的手机充电器后盖注塑分析与优化

Injection Analysis and Optimization of Cover for Mobile Charger Based on Moldflow

以手机充电器后盖的注塑成型模具设计为例,借助Moldflow进行了最佳浇口位置分析。利用最佳浇口位置分析结果,给出了初步设计方案及相应的部分注塑成型模拟过程。根据结果有针对性地优化了成型设计方案,从而可以提高制品质量,缩短模具设计制造和产品开发周期。

Taking the cover of mobile phone charger as an example, the best gate location analysis was conducted by Moldflow. Using the results, the preliminary design scheme and the corresponding part injection molding simulation process was given. The design of the injection molding was optimized according to the analyzing results, which could improve the product quality and shorten the designing cycle.
