摘要
通过分析内外螺纹接头的结构和工艺性特点,确定了一模两腔的模具结构。使用Moldflow软件模拟分析了充填过程、流动前沿温度、气穴位置等,为模具结构的设计提供了合理的依据。在CAE分析的基础上,采用同心齿轮调节传动比优化了模具布局,可为类似塑件的模具设计提供参考。
Through analyzing the structure and processing property of the internal and external screw adaptor, the mould was built with two cavities. By using the Moldflow software, the filling process, temperature at flow front and air trap location were simulated and analyzed to provide reasonable basis for the mould design. Based on the CAE simulation, with optimizing the layout of the mold by regulating the ratio of the concentric-gear transmission, the whole mould was designed, which could provide reference for the design of similar plastic parts.
