摘要
以聚乙烯(PE)炭黑色母料为研究对象,分别按照标准GB/T 13021—1991管式炉高温热解法和热重分析法测试样品的炭黑含量。讨论了热重分析法测试中样品量、热解时间、氧化升温速率等试验参数对结果的影响,同时对两种方法试验结果的一致性和优劣进行了评价。结果表明:热重法可以替代管式炉高温热解法对PE炭黑色母料的炭黑含量进行测试,且具有一定的优越性。
The content of carbon black in polyethylene color masterbatch was investigated by calcination and pyrolysis in tube furnace according to GB/T 13021--1991 and thermal gravity method. The effect of parameters in thermal gravity method such as sample amount, pyrolysis time and heating rate during oxidation stage on testing results was researched. The results of two methods were compared in consistency and merits. The results show that: the thermal gravity method can substitute for calcination and pyrolysis to determine the content of carbon black in polyethylene color masterbatch, and has a certain superiority.
