摘要
聚甲醛由于其特殊的结构导致热稳定性较差,在加工前要进行必要的热稳定化处理。从分子结构着手主要有封端法和熔融后处理法,从体系组成着手可添加抗氧剂、甲醛吸收剂和甲酸吸收剂共同组成一个热稳定体系。综述了聚甲醛热稳定化处理的主要方法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了对比分析。
In the view of poor thermal stability of polyoxymethylene induced by special structure, thermal stability treatment should be made before processing. From the point of molecular structure, end-blocking and melting processing methods could be utilized. From system composition, antioxidant, formaldehyde absorbents and formic acid absorbent were added together to form a thermal stability system. The main methods of thermal stability of polyoxymethylene were reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared and analyzed.
