摘要
根据职业能力培养的相关理论,高职实训可概括为示范、模仿、综合、应用四个环节,各环节的实训任务及关涉的支持要素对职业能力培养成效产生重要影响。基于系统论的方法,架构形成的高职实训支持体系包括核心作用、多元作用、外围支持三个作用层,以及实践教学、师资、设备条件、行业、企业、政策、市场、资金、文化等九个要素子系统。在实践路径中,必须以学习者职业能力培养为中心,对各作用层和要素进行关联性设计,并明确要素子系统的功能,才能形成全面的高职实训保障体系。
The practice training of higher vocational education can be summarized as four steps including demonstration, simulation, integration and application according to the vocational skills cultivation theory, and the tasks and relative factors of each step has important influence on the cultivation of vocational abilities. According to the system method, the support system for practice training of higher vocational education include three role levels of core function, pluralistic function and outside support, and nine factor sub-systems of practice teaching, teaching staff, equipments, industry, enter- prise, policy, market, capital and culture. In the practice, it should take the cultivation of learners' vocational abilities as the center, and design relative factors and role levels and clarify the functions of sub-systems.
