摘要
〔目的〕用生物传感器法测定淀粉含量 ,以简化淀粉测定的操作程序 ,提高检测速度 ,降低检测成本。〔方法〕制备酶电极 ,做最佳条件实验及酶电极的性能实验。〔结果〕测试最佳条件为 :p H=4.4,响应时间 4min,测定温度 30℃ ;酶电极的性能 :线性范围 :0 .1%~ 0 .5 % ;回归方程为 :y=0 .0 16 99x- 0 .15 1,r=0 .9980 ;重现性 :RSD%=4.39;回收率 :75 %~ 86 %。测定 6种谷物淀粉含量并与容量法测定结果进行比较 ,经统计学处理 ,P>0 .0 5。〔结论〕该方法可用于测定淀粉含量。其优点是 :操作简单、灵敏度高、测定速度快。
睴bjective〕:To made simple procedure of determination starch content, raise determination velocity, lower determination cost.〔Methods〕:Prepare enzyme biosensor determine optimal condition and function experiment of enzyme biosensor.〔Results〕:The measurable optimal condition pH=4 4, respond time is 4 min,temperature 30℃. Linear range is 0.1%~0.5%,equation of regression is Y=0.01699x-0.151,coefficient of variation is 0.9980,reproducibility RSD%=4.39,reclaim rate is 75%~86% and compare results with capacity methods statistical analysis (P>0.05).〔Conclusions〕:The method can be used to determine content of starch, its advantages are simple operation,high sensitivity and quickness.
