摘要
〔目的〕采用反相高效液相色谱法灵敏波长同时测定化妆品中凯松和布罗波尔防腐剂 ,减少了杂质干扰。〔方法〕色谱柱 :10μm YWG— C1 8柱 ;流动相 :甲醇—四氢呋喃—水 (5 + 5 + 10 0 ) ,紫外检测波长分别为 2 75 nm和 2 15 nm ,样品用流动相超声提取。〔结果〕组分回收率为 91.3%~ 10 6 .8% ,相对标准偏差为 0 .5 %~ 3.7%。〔结论〕该法操作简单 ,灵敏度高 ,结果精确 ,能满足卫生监督检验的需要。
睴bjective〕:A method for quantitative determination of Kath on CG and Bronopol in cosmetic product, with sensitive wavelength, was developed successfully to reduce interruption of impurity. 〔Methods〕:It was based on a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic separation under the condition of isocratic elution with a mixture solution of methanol-THF-water(5:5:100) by using a column packed with 10μm YWG-C18, and the UV detection at 275nm and 215nm. Samples were extracted with mobile phase by ultrasonic method. 〔Results〕:The recoveries(n=6) ranged from 91.3% to 106.8%, and the relative standard deviations(n=6) were 0.5% to 3.7%.
