摘要
〔目的〕利用高效液相色谱测定食品和复合甜味剂蛋白糖中人工合成甜味剂——糖精钠和天冬糖。〔方法〕采用国产 C18不锈钢柱 ( Superisorb C185μm,70 mm× 4 .6mm i.d.) ,以甲醇— 0 .0 2 mol/ L磷酸缓冲液 p H4 .5( 30 +70 )为流动相 ,于 2 10 nm波长下进行检测。〔结果〕采用该方法糖精钠和天冬糖的回收率分别为 96.2 %~ 10 2 .7%和 99.2 %~ 10 5.1% ;最小检出限分别为 0 .6ng和 1.4 ng。〔结论〕方法简便、快速、灵敏 ,即适用于食品中人工合成甜味剂糖精钠和天冬糖的测定 ,又适用于复合甜味剂的品质鉴定。
睴bjective〕: A HPLC procedure for the assay of Saccharin and Aspartame in food and combined sweetening with the column packed with 5μm Spherisorb C18 is presented.〔Methods〕:The methanol and 0 02mol/L phosphate buffer pH4.5(30∶70) mixture is used as mobile phase and ,the UV detector wavelength is at 210nm. 〔Results〕:The recoverise of saccharin and aspartame were 96.2%~102.7% and 99.2%~105.1% respectively. The determination limits of saccharin and aspartame were 0.6ng and 1.4ng respectively.〔Conclusions〕:This method is simple,rapid and sensitive.
