摘要
〔目的〕研究增菌液增菌过程 p H值变化对海 (水 )产品中霍乱弧菌检出的影响。〔方法〕进行海 (水 )产品中霍乱弧菌的检验时发现 ,增菌液 p H值有较大降低 (9.2 0~ 5 .6 8) ,部分已超过霍乱弧菌可繁殖的 p H值范围 (6 .0 0~ 9.2 0 )。本实验通过向 2 0份海鲜样品中加入一定量的埃尔托小川型霍乱弧菌并检测其在增菌前后霍乱弧菌的菌落数目 ,以观察增菌过程 p H值变化对霍乱弧菌的检出的影响。〔结果〕经 37℃、8h增菌后 ,增菌液有明显的增菌效果。〔结论〕增菌液的p H值变化并未影响海 (水 )产品中霍乱弧菌的检出。
睴bjective〕:To study the influence of the change of pH value of the enrichment fluid on detection of vibrio cholera from sea(water)products.〔Methods〕:When detecting the vibrio cholera in sea(water)products,we find that the pH value of the enrichment fluid,which is normally between 6.00 and 9.20,has reduced greatly(from9.20 to 5.68).By adding quantificational El-Tor biotype Vibrio cholera into twenty samples and detecting the change of the cholera colonies'number,the experiment.〔Results〕:The results shows that after eight hours'enrichment at 37℃,the enrichment fluid has definite effect.〔Conclusions〕:The detection of vibrio cholera doesn't reduce due to the reduction of the pH value of the enrichment fluid.
