摘要 中医认为，抑郁症基本机制是肝失疏泄，基础证候是肝气郁结，基本治疗原则是调肝。中药舒郁胶囊主疏肝解郁、调畅情志，临床证实疗效确切。该复方主成分为柴胡皂苷可调理气机、疏肝解郁。本研究通过慢性温和应激（CMs）刺激方法，复制抑郁症肝气郁结证大鼠模型，通过基因芯片技术探讨舒郁胶囊及其主成分柴胡皂苷的干预作用，
