摘要
生物医药产业是世界各国的关注热点。近年来,杭州市生物医药产业发展快,但是相对全市工业经济增幅小;本土骨干企业偏少,龙头企业经济运行逐渐分化,大企业大集团发展速度逐渐拉开;巨大的市场需求和政府政策的推动使生物医药成为投资热点,然而药品监管更加严格,国际竞争加剧。为此,应加大政府支持力度,吸纳海内外优秀人才,完善生物医药技术转化体系,提高企业自主创新能力,以推动杭州市生物医药产业进一步发展。
In recent years, the Hangzhou bio-medicine industry makes fast progress. But there are many problems to be solved. For example, the growth rate is smaller than the city＆#39;s industrial economy growth. The number of leading enterprises is few. And the development of leading enterprises gradually opens the gap. Because of the market demand and government policies, bio-medicine industry is becoming a hot spot for investment. Facing the stricter drug monitoring and increased global competition, the government should increase supportive strength,introduce technology and talent, perfect technological innovation system, improve the technological innovative capabilities of enterprises, in order to further promote the development of bio-medicine industry.
