摘要
新型武器装备造型复杂、单一建模手段无法满足分布式虚拟维修训练平台开发需求。本文研究了虚拟维修仿真中机械设备、电子设备和柔性线缆的模型建立和优化方法。使用拉伸算法完成复杂曲线体的绘制,使用SWITCH节点控制方法实现了电子设备的数字显示功能,建立了质点—弹簧模型对线缆柔性体进行描述,在此基础上基于面片合并和纹理贴图方法对模型进行了优化。仿真应用表明所建几何模型数据量小沉浸感强,能够满足虚拟维修训练仿真的需要。
The construction of new type weapon is more and more complex. It is difficult to meet the virtual maintenance simulation developing demand depending on a single modeling way. Make an research on geometry modeling and optimizing of mechanical equipment and test equipment and wirecable in virtual maitenance simulation. Draw the complex curve geometry with stretch algorithm. Realised the number displaying function of numerical code object. Build the dynamic model of wirecable. And then, make an research on geometry model optimizing method based on face combining and texture mapping. Application indicates that the finished geometry model meet the virtual maintenance training simulation need.
