摘要
针对一些中小型规模的工业现场运行状态的实时监测,设计了一种以CAN总线通信网络为基础的DCS小型化控制系统。介绍了充分利用其优势控制和监测各个节点状态,模块之间通过CAN总线网络进行数据通信,将监控数据传至上位机或上位机对现在监控节点进行控制和设置。系统设计简单,可靠性高,价格低廉。解决了传统DCS控制系统的组建复杂、成本高和小型PLC系统无法实现需求的情况下的中小型规模控制系统的难题。
