摘要
根据增压用无刷直流电机的具体需求,设计了一套无刷直流电机H桥驱动电路;建立了无刷直流电机的数学模型,分析了变积分PID的优点;在Matlab环境下,设计了实际系统的变积分PID控制器;最后,将系统的运行数据上传至上位机,并对实际运行情况进行了分析。分析表明,控制系统设计较合理,并具有一定的参考价值。
A BLDC motor H bridge driver circuit is designed according to the demand of booster fan. The mathematic model of BLDC motor is established ,and the advantage of variable integral PID is analyzed and designed based on Matlab in this paper. At last, the operation data is uploaded to the host computer and analyzed. The analysis shows that the design control system is reason-able, and has a certain reference value for BLDC motor design.
