摘要
针对传统工业控制器在实际使用中存在灵活性差、功能单一、成本较高等问题,提出模块化嵌入式工业控制器的设计方法。主控制器基于ARM和FPGA体系构架,采用嵌入式Linux操作系统,能够适用于多种应用场合,具有可组态、灵活度高等特点。具体介绍了系统结构和工作原理,详细论述了控制器的硬件组成和软件设计,阐述了系统的性能指标和功能特点。系统测试结果表明,各功能模块运行良好,嵌入式工业控制器平台的设计是可行的,达到了预期的设计目标。
Aiming at the disadvantages of industry controller in practical application ,e.g. poor flexibility,single function and high cost,an embedded industry controller with comprehensive functions is developed by adopting modular design method.The main controller based on ARM and FPGA architecture adopted embedded Linux operating system.Because of the controller’s outstanding characteristics of high flexibility and configuration, it can be applied in many fields.The system composition and operational princi-ple of this controller are introduced concretely and the hardware and software designs are discussed.The specifications and features of the system are also described.The test results show the function modules run in good working states and the design of embedded industry controller are feasible.It reaches the expected design goals.
