电路设计与制造过程中的静电防护

摘要 在我们日常生活与生产中,静电无处不在,无时不在,从我们举手投足间的衣服摩擦、生活起居的被服整理与梳头,到运动、工作时人与物或物与物间的摩擦、碰撞、剥离,乃至空气的流动等等均会产生和累积静电,大量累计的静电一旦被快速释放到电路中,就可能会损伤连接到电路中的静电敏感电子元器件,这种损伤可能是毁灭性的,也可能是潜在的,但不论是哪种损伤,最终都会降低电子产品的使用寿命。因此,如何更好地在电路的设计与制造过程中预防静电损伤是我们电路设计与制造工程师们永远研究的课题。 In our daily life and production, the electrostatic everywhere and at all times, from our gestures clothes friction, and living linen finishing with hair, to sports, work and objects or friction between things and objects, collision , stripped, and even air flow, etc. will produce and accumulate static electricity, static electricity accumulated large quickly released once into the circuit, it may cause damage to the circuit of the electrostatic sensitive electronic components, this damage can be devastating , but also may be a potential, but no matter what kind of damage, and ultimately will reduce the life of electronic products. Therefore, how to better circuit design and manufacturing process prevent electrostatic damage to our circuit design and manufacturing engineers are always studying.
