摘要 介绍了当今先进制造技术及多轴加工CAD/CAM软件——PowerMILL;分析了五轴零件"大力神杯"的工艺工装;介绍了应用PowerMILL软件对"大力神杯"零件进行刀具路径设置的流程,重点介绍了粗加工刀具路径"模型区域清除"加工策略的设置方法。在零件的刀具路径设置过程中,通过主轴旋转解决了机床主轴头与夹具的干涉问题,缩短了刀具长度,提高加工刚性、效率及加工精度。 Advanced manufacturing technology at present and multi-axis processing CAD/CAM software PowerMILL were intro-duced.The process and tooling about the five axis parts “World Cup”were analyzed.The tool path setting process based on Power-MILL software for “World Cup”part was introduced,focusing on the processing strategy setting method of model area clearance in rough processing tool path setting.In the tool path setting process,the interference problem between machine spindle head and fixture was solved through the rotation of spindle,and the length of cutter was shortened,processing rigidity,efficiency and accuracy were im-proved.
