α_1-微球蛋白在急性有机磷农药中毒肾损害早期诊断中的意义

摘要 目的 探讨α1 微球蛋白 (α1 MG)在急性有机磷农药中毒 (AOPP)肾损害早期诊断中的价值。方法 将 88例AOPP患者分成轻度中毒组、中度中毒组、重度中毒组 3组 ,另取 32例健康人为对照组。各组均行血、尿α1 MG ,血尿素氮 (BUN) ,肌酐 (SCr)测定 ,并进行对比分析。结果 AOPP轻度中毒组血、尿α1 MG与对照组比较差别显著(P <0 0 0 5 ) ,而BUN、SCr同对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,随AOPP中毒程度的加重 ,血、尿α1 MG ,BUN ,SCr逐渐上升。结论 血、尿α1 Objective To probe the value of α 1 microgbulin(α 1 MG)in the early diagnosis of toxic renal damage by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods 88 cases of AOPP were divided into 3 groups:light poisoning(LP),moderate poisoning(MP) and heavy poisoning(HP) groups,32 healths were as control group.The α 1 MG in blood and urine,BUN,SCr of all the objects were determined.Result Blood α 1 MG and urine α 1 MG in LP already showed obvious higher than that of the control group(P<0 05) with the increase of AOPP severity,the levels of blood α 1 MG,α 1 MG in urine,BUN and SCr also gradually rised.Conclusion Blood α 1 MG and urine α 1 MG may be a sensitive index in the early diagnosis of toxic renal damage by acute organophosphprus pesticide poisoning.
