纯阳正气胶囊抑制幽门螺杆菌作用研究

Inhibition Effect of Chunyang Zhengqi Capsule Against Helicobacter Pylori in vitro

目的考察纯阳正气胶囊对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的体外抑制作用。方法采用纸片扩散法、微量倍比稀释法观察纯阳正气胶囊对Hp的抑菌圈与吸光度(A)值。结果纸片扩散法实验中,Hp对浓度≥0.05 g·mL-1纯阳正气胶囊药液为中敏;通过测定菌液的A值,确定0.4,0.2,0.1 g·mL-1(按生药计)纯阳正气胶囊药液的抑菌率分别为76.01%,69.83%,48.52%,与阴性对照比较,均差异有统计学意义。结论纯阳正气胶囊对Hp具有一定的体外抑制作用。

Objective To evaluate the antibacterial effect of herbal compound chunyang zhengqi capsules against Heli-cabacter pylori in vitro. Methods The inhibition zone and A value were measured by the agar disk method and trace multipleproportion dilution for evaluating the bacteriostasis of chunyang zhengqi capsules . Results It was showed that Helicabacter py-lori was moderately sensitive to chunyang zhengqi solution at concentrations above 0. 05 g·mL-1 . By measuring the A value of thebacteria solution,the bacterialstasis of chunyang zhengqi capsule at 0. 4, 0. 2, 0. 1 g·mL-1 was 76. 01%,69. 83%,48. 52%,re-spectively, which was significantly different from the negative control （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The herbal compound chun-yang zhengqi capsule has a certain inhibitory effect against H. pylori.
