摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定虫草保元胶囊中西红花苷-Ⅰ和西红花苷-Ⅱ的含量.方法 色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2 C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇:水(48:52),检测波长:440 nm;柱温室温,流速:1.0 mL·min-1.结果 西红花苷-Ⅰ在6~45 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=1.000 0,平均回收率98.73%,RSD为1.24%(n=6);西红花苷-Ⅱ在3.2~24.0 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=1.000 0,平均回收率98.01 %,RSD为1.53 %(n=6).结论 该方法操作简便,测定结果准确,重复性好,可用于虫草保元胶囊的质量控制.
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of crocin-Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱ in chong-cao baoyuan capsules. Methods The HPLC method was carried out on a Hypersil ODS2 C18 column(150 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm), with methanol-water (4852) as the mobile phase, using the detection wavelength of 440 nm and the flow rate of1. 0 mL·min-1 . Results The calibration curves of crocin-Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱ were linear in the ranges of 6-45 μg·mL-1(r =1. 000 0) and 3. 2-24 μg·mL-1(r =1. 000 0), respectively. The average recoveries were 98. 73% (RSD=1. 24%, n =6 )for crocin-Ⅰand 98. 01 %( RSD=1. 53%, n =6) for crocin-Ⅱ. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which is suitible for the quality control of chongcao baoyuan capsules.
