设计合成了 11个 (E) 3 甲氧基 4 芳酰氧基苯基丁烯 3 酮 2衍生物 .其中 10个目标物未见文献报道 .体内药理筛选结果表明 ,部分目标化合物具有不同程度的抗炎活性和抗血小板聚集活性 .

In order to search for novel antiinflammatory agents and platelet aggregation inhibitors,eleven of ( E ) 4 aryloxyphenyl 3 buten 2 ones derivatives were designed and synthesized.Ten of them have not been reported before in literature except (9).Some of the target compounds possessed good antiinflammatory activities and platelet aggregation inhibition.
