水杨酰苯胺类化合物的合成及其抗炎、抗变态反应活性

Studies on the Synthesis,Antiinflammatory and Antiallergic Activities of Salicylanilide and Its Analogues

合成了 12个水杨酰苯胺类化合物及类似物 ,对目标化合物进行了初步的活性筛选 ,发现部分化合物具有一定的抗炎、抗变态反应活性 ,其中N (3 硝基 4 乙氧基苯基 ) 2 羟基苯甲酰胺对2 ,4 二硝基氯苯诱导的小鼠迟发性变态反应的抑制作用与乙氧苯柳胺相近 .

Twelve compounds of salicylanilide and its analogues were synthesized and screened for bioactivities.Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that some target compounds possessed antiinflammatory and(or)antiallergic activities. N (4 Ethoxy 3 nitrophenyl) 2 hydroxybenzamide showed similar inhibitory effect to that of etofesalamide on DNCB induced allergy in mice.
