摘要
用电导法研究了 3种新型铂类抗癌配合物斑蝥酸铂〔A2 Pt(C8H8O5) :A =NH3,(CH3) 2 CH2 NH2 ,CH3NH2 〕的水合动力学 ,结果表明 ,斑蝥酸铂配合物在水溶液中会发生水合反应 ,该反应近似符合一级反应速率方程 .它们的水合动力学常数分别为 :1 42× 10 -5,5 34× 10 -6,7 11× 10 -6min-1.
Kinetics of aquation of three novel anticancer platinum compounds (〔A 2Pt(C 8H 8O 5)〕,A=NH 3,(CH 3)2CH 2NH 2,CH 3NH 2)have been investigated by using the conductivity method.The results showed that the compounds underwent the aquation reaction in aqueous solution and the reaction followed the first order rate equation with the rate constant of 1 42×10 -5 ,5 34×10 -6 ,7 11×10 -6 min -1 ,respectively.
