摘要 以半胱氨酸为原料经重氮化 ,酰化反应合成了N 苄氧羰基 S 苯基 L 半胱氨酸 . N benzoxycarbonyl S phenyl L cysteine,as an important intermediate for producing Nelfinavir was synthesized with L cysteine as the starting material.The process is convenient and the yield is higher.
