摘要
[目的]了解中高职护生对护理礼仪相关知识的认知和需求情况。[方法]采用自行设计的"护理礼仪需求学生问卷调查表"对某校412名中高职学生进行护理礼仪相关知识认知和需求的问卷调查。[结果]68%中高职护生从未关注过护理礼仪相关知识,75%护生愿意接受护理礼仪方面的培训;中高职护生对护理礼仪知识需求的总体水平介于"非常需要"和"比较需要"之间;各纬度中以护士的言谈礼仪和行为礼仪需求得分最高,护士的道德礼仪与仪表礼仪需求得分最低。[结论]中高职护生对护理礼仪知识存在一定程度的需求,并愿意接受护理礼仪方面的培训。制订有针对性的培训内容,以期满足护生的相关需求,提升学生的内在修养与综合素质,提高护生的职业竞争力和临床护理服务质量。
Objective:To know about the cognition and demands of vocational nursing students for nursing etiquettes knowledge in a college. Methods:Questionnaires were given to 412nursing students from the secondary and higher vocational school on their demands for nursing etiquettes knowledge by self-designed 'nursing student etiquette demands questionnaire'.Results:68% nursing students had never concerned the knowledge of nursing etiquettes,while 75%of them were willing to receive training related to it.The overall level of nursing students' demands for nursing etiquettes knowledge was between 'extremely needed'and'relatively needed'.In all dimensions,the score was the highest in demands of nurses on conversation etiquette and behavior etiquette,the score in nurse's moral etiquette and manners demands was the lowest.Conclusion:Nursing students of the secondary and higher vocational school have some demands for nursing etiquettes knowledge,and are willing to receive the training. Therefore,targeted training should be designed to fulfill their requirement and enhance their integrated qualities and enhance nursing students' inner cultivation and comprehensive quality,improve the career competitiveness and clinical nursing service quality of nursing students.
