呼吸机集束干预策略对预防新生儿有创呼吸机相关肺炎的影响

Influence of ventilator bundle intervention strategies on prevention of neonatal invasive ventilator-associated pneumonia

[目的]探讨呼吸机集束干预策略在预防新生儿有创呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)中的应用效果。[方法]采用回顾性研究方法,按集束干预护理实施前后将80例机械通气患儿分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组除常规护理方法外,成立干预小组,对患儿进行科学循证,制订实用而有效的干预措施并实施。[结果]观察组患儿VAP发生率明显低于对照组、机械通气时间明显短于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]呼吸机集束干预策略在预防新生儿VAP方面的成效显著。

Objective:To probe into application effect of ventilator bundle intervention strategies in the prevention of neonatal invasive ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP).Methods:A retrospective research methods were used and a total of 80 cases of ill children receiving mechanical ventilation were divided into control group and observation group based on before and after implementation of bundle intervention,40 cases in each.Patients in control group received routine care,in addition to conventional nursing,the intervention group was established in observation group,evidence-based science for patients in observation group to develop practical and effective interventions and implement it.Results:The incidence of VAP in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,duration of mechanical ventilation was significantly shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ventilator bundle intervention strategies have significant effect in the prevention of VAP.
