电刀烧灼法治疗Ⅱ度静脉曲张外痔的临床研究

Clinical research on treating II degree hemorrhoids varicose veins by the electric knife cauterization method

刘佃温教授结合多年临床经验运用电刀烧灼法治疗II度静脉曲张外痔36例,本临床研究观察的36例静脉曲张型外痔患者,均为河南中医学院第一附属医院肛肠科2012年6月～2013年6月住院病人,其中男性16例,女性20例,年龄20～56岁。随机分为两组,电刀烧灼组18例;外痔结扎组18例。结果:本科室运用电刀烧灼法治疗静脉曲张型外痔创面小、水肿轻、出血少、疼痛少,值得临床广泛运用。

Professor LIU Dian-wen combined with years of clinical experience to treat 36 cases of II degree hemorrhoids varicose veins, 36 cases were our hospital patients, wherein 16 males and 20 females, aged 20 to 56 years old. Were randomly divided into two groups, the electric knife cauterization group 18 cases, external hemorrhoids ligation group 18 cases. Results： The electric knife cauterization method used for treating varicose type external hemorrhoids, the wound is small, light edema, less bleeding, less pain, worthy of wider use.
