灸药并用治疗子宫内膜异位50例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of endometriosis with moxibustion and medicine

目的:观察中药灌肠艾灸治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2008年2月～2011年2月本院妇科收治的50例子宫内膜异位症患者治疗过程,50例患者均给予中药灌肠艾灸治疗。结果:显效45例,好转5例,无效0例,总有效率为100%,临床疗效满意。结论:灸药配合灸法治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effiicacy of TCM enema and moxibustion treatment on treating endometriosis. Methods： Retrospective analysis treatment process of 50 cases of endometriosis from February 2008 to February 2011 admitted to our hospital. 50 patients were given TCM enema and moxibustion treatment. Results：Markedly effective in 45 cases, 5 cases improved and 0 ineffective, the total efficiency was 100%, the clinical efficacy was satisfied. Conclusion： TCM medicine and moxibustion treatment is effective on treating endometriosis, worthy of promotion.
