摘要
目的:评价针刺对急性化脓性阑尾炎术后肠功能恢复的有效性。方法:选取我院60例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,所有患者均行阑尾切除术。对照组术后常规对症治疗;治疗组术后给予针刺。结果:治疗组术后肠功能恢复较对照组早。结论:针刺能促进急性化脓性阑尾炎术后肠功能的恢复。
Objective：To evaluate acupuncture on recovery of intestinal function after acute suppurative appendicitis. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treated group, 30 patients in each group. All the patients were performed appendectomy. After operation, the patients in control group were given routine therapy and the treated group was treated by acupuncture. Results：The time of intestinal function recovery in the treated group is shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion：Acupuncture can promote recovery of intestinal function after appendectomy in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis.
