脑功能治疗仪联合耳穴压豆治疗老年失眠患者的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating insomnia in elderly patients by brain function therapeutic apparatus combined with auricular oppression therapy

目的:观察脑功能治疗仪联合耳穴压豆治疗脑梗塞后失眠疗效,从而证实该方法可减少卒中老年失眠患者口服安眠药剂量,降低药物毒副作用,进一步改善患者的睡眠质量?方法:对脑梗塞后失眠患者采用脑功能治疗仪治疗,2次/d,10d为1个疗程?配合耳穴治疗,10d为1个疗程,病程后观察疗效?结果:治愈11例,显效14例,有效20例,无效5例?总有效率90.0%?结论:脑功能治疗仪配合耳穴压豆治疗可以有效提高老年失眠患者的疗效?

Objective：Observing the effect of brain function therapeutic apparatus combined with auricular oppression therapy on treating insomnia in elderly patients, thus confirming that the method can reduce the dose of sleeping pills, reduce medicines side effects, and further improve the quality of sleep in patients. Methods：Post-infarction patients with insomnia were given brain function therapeutic apparatus treatment, 2 times a day, and 10 days for a course of treatment, plus auricular oppression therapy, 10 days for a course of treatment, after the course, the effect was observed. Results：11 cases were cured, markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 14 cases, 5 cases ineffective, and the total efficiency of 90.0%. Conclusion：Brain function therapeutic apparatus combined with auricular oppression therapy is effective on treating insomnia in elderly patients.
