中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating viral myocarditis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎临床方法及效果。方法:将我院自2011年6月～2013年6月收治的68例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为观察组与参考组,各为34例,给予两组患者常规西医治疗,观察组患者在此基础上同时服用我院自拟抗毒益气汤治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、心率及心电图改善情况。结果:观察组患者心率、心电图改善情况均明显优于参考组,观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.1%,参考组患者治疗总有效率为73.5%,数据比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎有助于促进患者的康复,临床效果显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical methods and results of integrative treatment on viral myocarditis. Methods：In our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013, 68 cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into observation group and the reference group, 34 patients in each. Both received conventional modern medicine treatment. Observation group was given the Kangdu Yiqi decoction based on the conventional treatment. Two groups were compared in clinical outcomes, heart rate and electrocardiogram improvement situation. Results：The heart rate of patients in the observation group, ECG improvement were significantly better than the reference group, the total efficiency of observation group was 94.1%, the reference group was 73.5%, the data was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion：The integrative medicine helps promote rehabilitation of viral myocarditis patients, with significant clinical effect.
