芪参益气滴丸治疗糖尿病心脏病合并心功能不全的临床研究

Clinical research on treating diabetes heart disease with heart failure with Qishen Yiqi pills

目的:观察芪参益气滴丸(天津天士力制药股份有限公司生产)对糖尿病性心脏病合并心功能不全的治疗作用。方法:选择入住我院的2012-2013年糖尿病性心脏病合并心功能不全患者88例,随机分成常规治疗组(对照组)和芪参益气滴丸组(治疗组),对照组给予降糖、降脂,强心、利尿、扩血管、抑制心肌重构等抗心衰治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服芪参益气滴丸,服药时间3个月,分别于服药前及服药后3个月后检查血脂、血糖、C反应蛋白、心钠素(BNP)及心脏超声,左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)左室射血分数(LVEF)结果:经3个月治疗后,芪参益气滴丸治疗组LVDd、LVEDV、LVESV较对照组减低,差异显著(P<0.05),血浆BNP水平较对照组降低(P<0.05),左室射血分数明显提高(P<0.05),C反应蛋白水平明显降低。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用芪参益气滴丸治疗糖尿病性心脏病合并心功能不全,能改善整体左室功能,具有一定的抗心室重构作用。能明显降低血浆BNP的水平,更好地改善心脏功能。

Objective： To observe the effect of Qishen Yiqi drop pills （Tianjin Tasly pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd） on treating diabetes heart disease with heart failure. Methods：From 2012 to 2013, 78 patients with diabetes heart disease with heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into conventional treatment group （control group） and Qishen Yiqi pills group （treated group）, the control group was given hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, strong heart, diuretic, vasodilator, inhibiting myocardial reconstruction and other anti heart failure treatment, the treated group was given oral Qishen Yiqi pills more, taking time for 3 months, respectively before treatment and after treatment for 3 months after the blood fat, blood sugar, C reactive protein, atrial natriuretic peptide （BNP） and echocardiography, left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVDd）, left ventricular end diastolic volume （LVEDV）, left ventricular end systolic volume （LVESV） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）. Results： After 3 months after treatment, Qishen Yiqi pills group LVDd, LVEDV, LVESV lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the plasma BNP level was lower than control group （P〈0.05）, LVEF was significantly increased （P〈0.05）, C reactive protein level decreased significantly. Conclusion：On the basis of conventional therapy plus Qishen Yiqi drop pills for treating diabetic heart with heart failure, can improve left ventricular function, has certain effect of anti-ventricular remodeling, can obviously decrease level of plasma BNP, improve heart function.
